Can we switch mid-season?
Yes. Most marinas migrate during the off-season for less disruption, but mid-season switches happen all the time. Our team handles the data migration and trains your staff onsite so you don't lose a day on the water.
Will it work with our payment processor?
Sharper integrates with the major processors used by marinas today. If you have a specific processor in mind, ask us on the demo and we'll confirm before you commit.
What happens to our existing customer data?
We migrate it. Customers, contracts, slip assignments, historical transactions. All of it comes over and is verified before you go live. You don't re-key anything.
Are there per-booking or transaction fees?
No. You pay a flat platform fee. Online booking, customer portal transactions, and POS sales don't get marked up. Every dollar your customers pay belongs to you.
